11° edition of Südtirol Drei Zinnen race

The classic mountain running-events in the Dolomites

The Südtirol Drei Zinnen is one of the most impressing and breathtaking running events in South Tyrol. Runners have to get over 17,5 km and a difference in altitude about 1350 m. Recompense is the amazing landscape around the Drei Zinnen peaks in the Dolomites.

The race takes place in Sexten on 14th September 2008. Already 200 runners are registered and Anna Frost from New Zealand and Martin Ashley Cox from England – the two last-year-winners – participate, too.

Why not? The race and the track is surely one of the most beautiful in South Tyrol: during the race the runners can look at the Drei Zinnen, the Paternkofel and the other peaks of the Dolomites. The track is very technical and a real challenge for everyone.
For children the organization committee has organized a “Mini Drei Zinnen Lauf”.
