Biathlon World Cup Antholz 2010

From 21st – 24th January 10

Antholz in South Tyrol is a quiet place. There are grazing cows and sheep in summer and walker enjoy the round around the Antholzersee Lake. In winter, however, Antholz is snow-covered from late autumn to spring and a favored territory for winter-hikers and cross-country skiers. Really idyllic!

But once a year the silent valley changes to the Mecca of Biathlon. In January the world-beating biathetlics find for a victory here and fans from all over the world make sure, that the Biathlon World Cup in Antholz is the most spectacular one in the whole World Cup-Circus.

The Biathlon World Cup of Antholz is going to take place from 21st till 24th January 10.

Competition program:

• 20.01 2:15pm Individual competition women – 15 km
• 21.01 2.15pm Individual competition Men – 20 km
• 22.01 2:15pm Sprint Women – 7,5 km
• 23.01 2:15pm Sprint Men – 10 km
• 24.01 1:00pm and 3:15pm: Pursuit competition women – 10 km; Pursuit competition Men – 12,5 km
