Enjoy the summer in the Dolomites!

They appear always new and different, the Dolomites in South Tyrol. In winter the mountains are full of snow and invite you to go skiing - in the warmer seasons, however, the Dolomite-peaks arouse your desire to go climbing, trekking or mountain biking. The Dolomites seem to have been created only for the active holidays.

But not only high up in the mountains there’s a lot to do. Also down in the valleys, there is waiting a lot of activity and fun.

For instance, in the summer here are taking place curious festivals, ancient customs and various sports events, including the mysterious witches' dance on the mountain pass Würzjoch or challenging cycle race "Dolomiti Superbike". Musical pleasures are provided by the Gustav Mahler Music Weeks in Toblach or by the Val Badia Jazz Festival. Last but not least not to forget about the culinary events in many villages.
